Feeling it. I had another day off today-it’s pretty good working for the schools-and got so much done. I did mostly digital art on the computer and this is one I finished.
It’s selling on my etsy site, fadedpaisleystudio, as a print and as part of a 4-card set of greeting cards. Hope you’ll take a look.

ART PIECES
I’ve been easily distracted lately-trying to squeeze out the last days of the summer, a busy start to the new school year, just everyday stuff. These pieces aren’t exactly new, but what I am working on is slowly progressing. 
Collage
I am CRAZY for collage. I just love arranging bits of paper – tissue, decorative paper, scraps of labels, old letters – until I get a background to paint on, or add a photo onto. I’ll be adding some card designs on etsy very soon. Just have to scan and upload them.
Kids Play
I had a happy weekend just working in my studio for two days! I had to ignore the voice in my head telling me I should be outside or doing something important, but once I got going there was no stopping me. I worked on painting backgrounds for future projects, added some new cards to the etsy shop and made some digital images using my collection of old books and papers. Here’s one of them ~
